Withdrawing from the Arts Intensive Program

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawing after May 14 incurs a $600 withdrawal fee. (If you have already paid tuition, the tuition charges will be reversed and a withdrawal fee will be applied in October).
• All students who withdraw are charged the cost of all distributed reading materials if not returned to the program.

Exceptions to the withdrawal fee due to illness require a doctor’s letter. Any other circumstances will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine approval for a reduced or waived program fee.

Email the Arts Intensive (artsintensive@stanford.edu) program in order to initiate the withdrawal process or ask any questions. Be sure to mention whether you are planning to take other summer courses or participate in any other Stanford summer programs
